Registration Terms and Conditions 2010
If you are unable to register online please complete a manual registration form. (This method of registration will incurr an additional $10 handling charge)
If you need to transfer to Ellerslie from another NZ Club, or from an overseas Club, please download and complete a Transfer/Clearance and Player Registration Form.
Once completed please scan and email it to:

OR post urgently to P O Box 11 067 Ellerslie Auckland 1542.
Please note this form will not result in a valid registration until signed by Ellerslie AFC and processed by Auckland Football Federation.
