If you are unable to register online please complete a manual registration form This method of registration will incurr a $5 handling charge
If you need to trasnfer to Ellerslie form another NZ Club, or from an overseas Club please download and complete a Transfer/Clearance and Player Registration Form. Once completed scan and email it to admin@ellersliesoccer.org.nz or post urgently to P O Box 11 328 Ellerslie Auckland 1542. Please note this form is not valid until signed by Ellerslie AFC and porcessed by Auckland Football Federation.
