PLAYER REGISTRATION 2008

Please note that almost all grades are now full and and have been closed for online registration. If you wish to discuss the possibility of registering for a team for the 2008 season please contact us as follows:

After a very successful trial in 2007 the Club will again use online registrations for all members during 2008

No form filling, no cheque writing, no postage……………………

We recommend all players (and parents/guardians) register and pay online. The process is simple. Complete registration and payment by 3rd March to obtain the best subscription rates and be in the draw for one lucky member to receive a full refund of subscriptions paid for the year.

If you have difficulty registering online please contact our Club Secretary for Senior Player registrations or our Junior/Youth Administrator for players who are under 17 years old.

Registration Instructions

If you want to print these instructions out before commencing registration click here for a printer friendly version. When you open the registration system it will open in a new window so you can still access these instructions online if you prefer.

Register Now!!!

1. Click the “Register Now” button at the end of these instructions to go to the registration system.
2. Registration Options - If you are registering a player or parent/guardian for the first time this season click the “Register” button. (Click the Login button if you have already registered).
3. Player Registration Details – enter details of the player to be registered. Click “Continue” when complete.
4. Grade Allocation – on the next screen the system will confirm the grade the player will be allocated to OR if more than one option exists ask you to select a preference. Press “Continue” when ready.
5. Family Discount – if the player is entitled to claim a family discount (the second or subsequent player in the same family group) select the family discount option, then press “Continue”
6. Information Entered Summary – check the information displayed carefully. If you need to enter another player click the “Add a Player” link.

When all players are entered, and if any are aged under 17 years you will be required to enter at least one parent or guardian. Click the “Add a Parent/Guardian” link and enter the required details.

If one of the parents/guardians to be entered is also a player, click the “Add a Player” link and enter full details of the senior player. Later in the process you will be asked to confirm if any of the senior players you have entered are also parents/guardians.

When all players and parents/guardians have been entered, check the information carefully (information can be changed by using the “edit” option to the right of each person’s summary details, or use the “delete” option to remove a record altogether.

Click the “Continue” button.

7. Extra Information – if you are able to volunteer to assist the Club, please do so here, then press “Continue”.

If you are contemplating Coaching or managing a team we will provide lots of information and support, including pre-season orientation meetings on 20th and 22nd March (click here for details)

8. Cap/Beanie Promotion – we encourage all members to support the Club and to enable you to start or add to your Club gear, in conjunction with our gear supplier Champs Sports Panmure, we are able to offer members registering online an excellent offer on Club caps and beanies.

Select the number of items you require and when paid for we will forward to you a voucher for those items which you can redeem by visiting Champ Sports Panmure store. Champs stock a full range of Club gear and can meet all your general football needs. Please support them and repay their support for us.

Select the number of caps or beanies required and press “Continue”

9. Confirm Registration and Payment Summary – this screen summarises all the information you have entered. If necessary you can change any information entered previously.

Full details of the payment required is also shown and you will be automatically credited with an earlybird discount if you register (and pay us) before 3rd March 2008.

Please consider adding a donation to our Club Development fund. The Club has exciting plans for developments in future years and all contributions you make here will be used strictly in those areas.

10. Club Database Updated - when you select the “Confirm Registration” button the details will be electronically entered into our Club database. The system will generate (normally within 10 minutes) an email to each player and parent/guardian confirming the registration, your username and password, and advise how you can then use the system in future.

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REGISTER AGAIN ONCE YOU HAVE REACHED THIS STAGE. Always use the “Member Login” option to make changes, purchase Holiday Coaching Courses, pay accounts etc.

11. Payment – once you have confirmed registration per the previous section you can select a payment method.

Click the “Online Payment” button to pay using the online credit card payment facilities offered by DPS. Please note your payment is processed in a secure environment and no credit card details are retained by the Club during this process.

Click the “Other Payment” option to pay by internet banking, cheque or cash. Please note that these forms of payment incur an additional $5.00 handling fee (unless you have already kindly donated that amount or more).

You can elect to pay later by logging on and selecting the “Tasks/Make a Payment” menu option.
