CBR's Need To Attend Refresher Course
All Club Based Referees who were accredited before 2008 need to attend a refresher course to maintain their currency.
Ellerslie obtains services of Internationally Experienced Coaching Coordinator
We are delighted to be able to announce that Marc Prenty has joined the Junior/Junior Youth division of the Club to fill the role as coaching coordinator for the 2009 season.
Marc has a Bachelor of Sport, majoring in coaching in NZ, and has spent a number of years coaching football to young players, both boys and girls. He has just returned from two years in the UK where he obtained a UEFA B license and was the head coach for Westway Development Centre in London. He was also employed by the Fulham Premier League Football Club as lead coach and talent identifier for young players in the regional development centre.
Ellerslie U19's reach last 4 in Napier
Ellerslie AFC U19s beat Napier City Rovers in a penalty shootout to reach the semis of the National Tournament in Napier.

Three Kings National 9th Grade Tournament Team
Erik was very proud of the boys acheivement of finishing 7th out of 22 teams in the 9th Grade National Tournament on the 3rd, 4th & 5th of October. This is one of the best performed Ellerslie teams to have entered the 9th Grade National Tournament.
