2012 MUPC / NIKE CUP TRAINING
The pre-season training / selection process for the 2012 Nike Cup squad (players under 15 as at 1 January 2012) will commence Tuesday 20th January, 5:30pm at One Tree Hill College. Training is on the back fields accessed from the Rockfiled Road entry to the school.
Trainings every Tuesday and Thursday thereafter.

2012 NRFL SEASON
The NRFL teams Pre-season starts on the 17th of January at 6pm. This first session will be at Bill McKinley Park in Mt Wellington - make sure you bring football boots and running shoes.
Training dates and venues will are posted below - please keep checking as they will be updated
2012 Training dates for Pre-season (updated 17/01/2012 10:00am)
All returning club members are welcome to come to training and try and win a place in the First Team and Reserves squads for the 2012 season, training spaces will be limited so we will be cutting down training numbers from the first training if people are not of the required standard. We are expecting large numbers!!
Players will need to register online once the club database opens in mid to late Jan to be eligible to be selected for either squad. The U19's trainings will start in early March but any players who wish to try and make Reserves or First Team should be present from the 17th Jan.

ELLERSLIE AFC MEMBERS REPRESENT AFF
Ellerslie AFC has had a good end to the season with several club members representing AFF in both Football and Futsal in Regional and National Competitions.
Starting with Weir Rosebowl - Ellerslie AFC had Brendan Hall and Dylan Horgan with the AFF Sharks, while Keegan Smith represented the AFF Chargers. On the girls side we had Annabella Pakieto and Laren McKenzie along with Ellerslie's own Haley Gleeson (as coach) involved with the AFF Emeralds. In December the AFF/East City Futsal team head to Dunedin for the first leg of the National Futsal League Competition. Flying Ellerslie's colours at the tournament are Futsal White Dylan Manickum and backup keeper James McCarthy who are both involved in Ellerslie's NRFL winter league campaign. A Third Ellerslie member Callan Manickum is in the squad as a non-travelling Reserve - so congrats to all three of those guys.
AFF is supporting the National Futsal League Competition and as such you can catch Dylan and James live on webcast by following the links from the picture below - or click here to be taken to the story on the AFF page.
Alternatively jump on facebook and support Dylan and James with messages of encouragement on the Ellerslie AFC Wall - we will make sure James and Dylan recieve any such messages.
